Who is Chris Farrugia?
Chris Farrugia was born in Prince Frederick, Maryland and moved to beautiful Southwest Florida ten years ago. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Finance at Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers and went on to earn a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at The University of Central Florida.
Prior to a career in real estate sales, Chris worked as a Financial Analyst for the Tower Division of WCI Communities. Overseeing the financial well-being of the luxury condominiums as they were being built was a fantastic experience but Chris wanted to work with the clients directly, thus bringing him to Downing-Frye Realty. He is also proud to serve on the Budget and Finance Committee at the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®.
Working with clients is a privilege that Chris takes very seriously. Every client needs to be fully satisfied that they either found the perfect home for their family or sold their home for the largest gain attainable. Through listening, patience, and understanding, Chris achieves both of these conclusions for his clients.
While not in the office, Chris enjoys playing both the piano and guitar. He can often be found fishing near the Gulf of Mexico or one of the many saltwater canals of Southwest Florida or spending time with his family and friends.
